Cam Brown

Cam Brown recently won the Canadian Professional Bartenders’ CPBA Cup. Brown has been bartending for eight years now. He started in Kelowna and after a couple years behind the stick there he moved to Vancouver where he immersed himself in the cocktail culture. After working at a couple different bars and having some amazing mentorship in Vancouver for three years he moved back to Kelowna where he has been for the last two years. Cam continues to travel and educate himself while doing as many competitions as possible.

2 oz Patron Reposado
1 oz PH-corrected broiled Grapefruit Cordial
0.75 oz pear-infused Alvear Fino Sherry
5 drops saline solution

Shake and fine strain into a Coupe.
Mist with grapefruit-infused Patron Reposado.
