Alexis de Portneuf Presents: The Young Chefs

Twelve apprentice chefs from British Columbia compete to create a unique small plate item either sweet or savoury that must contain at least 20% cheese supplied by Alexis de Portneuf from Quebec.
Taste the creativity of these young chefs, see their pride and enjoy the beautiful setting at Okanagan College.
Each apprentice chef is paired with an Okanagan winery whose wines are carefully chosen to match the dish. A group of professional judges will determine the Top Young Chef and guest vote for the People’s Choice Young Chef based on their favourite food and wine pairing.
