Three sommeliers who are experts on BC wine will battle it out by pairing wines with 5 gourmet courses. Each sommelier will present their pairings to convince you they are right and the other sommeliers are out to lunch! After each round, you vote using text to vote (don’t forget to bring your cell phone) for the best sommelier pairing in each round.

With amazing food and 15 different wines to be sampled, let the endurance games begin. Iron Sommelier British Columbia … it’s a marathon of food and wine worth of your endurance.
