Meet Your Makers Trade Only Tasting – Edmonton

Trade events are available only to those in the wine, restaurant and hospitality industries who buy, sell, serve or market wine as part of their business. Registration is required.

Meet the winemakers and principals and taste the diversity of wines produced across Canada.  Over 60 wineries, craft breweries and craft distillers.

With the purchase of your $5 trade ticket, you will be entered for a chance to win roundtrip airfare from within Canada to Kelowna and 2 nights accommodation and roundtrip airfare to Toronto and 2 nights accommodation in Niagara (2 separate draws) – prizes must be accepted as presented and you must attend in person to have your ticket scanned at the registration desk of the Northern Lands trade tasting to be eligible to win.

With the purchase of your trade ticket, you will also be able to register to attend seminars/masterclasses lead by Canadian winemakers and some of Canada’s and the world’s most knowledgeable wine writers and professionals including Ian D’Agata (Vinous), Stephen Brook (Decanter), Cathy Huyghe (Forbes), Michael Apstein (James Beard Award winner), Order of Canada recipient Tony Aspler, Master of Wine Barbara Philip, Master of Wine Rhys Pender and many others (there is no additional cost for the seminars/masterclasses, but space is limited and registration is required.)

All trade ticket holders will be sent a link in early 2017 with the available seminars and have the opportunity to register on a first come first served basis.
